The Residence is a family-run business composed by 5 apartments in absolute tranquillity, each one with covered terraces and a garden, from which you can enjoy the splendid view of the lake. Ideal for those looking for tranquillity and contact with nature or sports lovers.

TWO-ROOM APARTMENT

Flat of about 50 m2 composed by living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and WC.

THREE-ROOM APARTMENT

Flat of about 60 m2 composed by living room, kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people, two bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with single beds), bathroom with shower and WC.

Each flat is fully furnished and equipped.
The kitchen is equipped with electrical appliances (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine). Crockery, towels, bed and table linen are provided.
In each flat there is a flat screen television with satellite antenna for receiving foreign channels, hairdryer, Wi-Fi.
